Often, I serve as free tech support for my family. While I’m troubleshooting their issues, I cannot help but notice that although they have been using computers for most of their lives, they are only experiencing a subset of what their PCs can do because they’re using techniques that greatly impede the speed and efficiency of their computing experience.
