Sometimes, browsing the Web for answers does not yield the type of solutions you are looking for, and a personal approach is required. In conjunction with a premier provider of Remote Access and Support software, TeamViewer, I can diagnose, troubleshoot and repair your PC remotely, without you ever having to leave your home.

Once the estimate has been approved and payment has been submitted via PayPal (please make sure you setup an account prior to soliciting my services), I will send instructions on how to begin remote technical assistance. If you do not already have TeamViewer installed, you will be required to download and run the appropriate version of the application for your operating system.

The QuickSupport module I utilize does not require installation on your machine and can run without administrator access. After you open the program, you will need to send me two pieces of information from the TeamViewer application window:

  1. Your ID (a nine digit value)
  2. Password (a four digit value)

The Partner ID is tied to the specific instance of the application you downloaded and does not change. The password will be randomly generated each time you close and re-open the program, ensuring that after closure of the application, remote access of your computer is precluded. At all times, you remain in control of your PC, and can disconnect from the current session or change remote access permissions through the TeamViewer application settings.
